According to an August 2022 McKinsey & Co. report, “The State of AI in 2022 and a Half Decade in Review,”1 AI adoption has more than doubled over the past two years. Companies are using AI to improve efficiency, boost employee engagement, reduce employee turnover, transform the customer service experience, and generate better business outcomes, like increased revenue.
